Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mama4d ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs access to and use of the mama4d website, including all services, games, promotions and financial transactions carried out through our platform.

By clicking the "Register" button, completing the registration form, or simply browsing the mama4d website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms as well as our Privacy Policy available at the Privacy Policy page.

mama4d operates under international licensing. Players from Malaysia are solely responsible for ensuring their online gambling activity complies with applicable local laws.

Eligibility and Age Requirements

Use of the mama4d platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of use.
• Not subject to any legal restriction that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Registering as an individual and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• Providing truthful, accurate and complete information during registration.

mama4d reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended immediately and balances frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. We take seriously the protection of children and young people from any exposure to gambling activities.

Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account with mama4d. Multiple registrations with the intent of claiming bonuses or evading restrictions is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, users are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name as stated on the identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and reachable email address.
• Valid payment method details (e-wallet or bank account in your own name).

Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and login details. mama4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

mama4d supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The applicable financial terms are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM20 across all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM50.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is submitted and verified.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• mama4d does not accept fund transfers to third parties for any reason.

All transactions that are suspicious or inconsistent with a user's normal usage pattern will be reviewed by our team. The AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance process may require users to submit additional supporting documents before a withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mama4d offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms set at the time the offer is made.

Regarding the mama4d Welcome Bonus:

• New users are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300.
• The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received.
• For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM1,800 (RM120 × 15) before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Another example: a deposit of RM600 gives a bonus of RM300, bringing the total balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM4,500 (RM300 × 15).

There is also the mama4d VIP Cashback programme with three membership tiers: Bronze Members enjoy weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver Members up to 0.7%, and Gold Members up to 1.0%. VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's ongoing activity and engagement on the platform.

Attempts to abuse promotions, including multiple registrations to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension without prior notice.

Game Rules and User Conduct

All games provided by mama4d operate using an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is a verifiable technical error.

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Communicating or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system to gain an advantage.
• Using a VPN or any technology to conceal your true location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Spreading harmful content, threatening or harassing other users through the platform.

mama4d reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings or close accounts where there is sufficient evidence of the above activities. mama4d's decision in such matters is final.

Account Suspension and Closure

mama4d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is below the minimum age requirement.
• Suspicious activity or activity related to money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Complaints from financial institutions relating to transactions involving the user's account.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting mama4d customer service via 24/7 live chat. Any valid wallet balance will be returned after all compliance checks have been completed.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

mama4d does not guarantee that its platform and services will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise any disruptions, but we are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable liability limits:

• mama4d is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or special losses suffered by users.
• Our liability is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user into their account in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the user's end during an active gaming session.

Amendment of Terms and Applicable Law

mama4d reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for amendments that materially affect user rights, we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect, via email or an in-account notification.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.
